How much are coins worth?
1,000 coins = $1. The dollar value is always shown next to your balance.
When are coins credited after an offer?
Usually within minutes, but some offers (especially games) can take up to 24 hours or more depending on the partner.
I completed an offer but got nothing. What now?
Wait 24 hours, then contact the partner support from inside its wall (most walls have a "Support" button), or email us with the offer name and time.
Why do I see few offers?
Offers depend on your country and device. Turn off any VPN and try different walls.
What is the minimum cash out?
Each reward shows its price on the Cash out page; the cheapest available reward is your first target and your progress shows on the dashboard.
Can I have more than one account?
No. One account per person; duplicate accounts are closed.
What are pending rewards?
Some partners confirm a task right away but release the coins after a review period (often 7 days). You can see these on your dashboard and History page until they are credited.
How do levels work?
Your level grows with the verified coins you earn from offers and surveys. Higher levels unlock better status and, when enabled, bonus coins on every task.
How does the weekly leaderboard work?
Every verified coin you earn from Monday to Sunday counts. When prizes are announced, the top earners receive them automatically after the week ends.
