How to Delete Your Account

To request deletion of your UpBucks account, follow these steps:

1. Open the Profile Page

Open the UpBucks app and tap the Profile icon from the bottom menu.

2. Delete Your Profile

Tap the Delete Profile button and confirm your request.

Please include your registered email address or user ID.

Data Deleted After Account Removal

Once your account deletion request is completed, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Account profile information (email, user ID)
• Reward balance and wallet data
• Offer participation and reward history
• Referral information
• In-app activity associated with your account

Third-Party Services

UpBucks uses trusted third-party services such as Google services, AdMob, Adjust, Adjoe, and CPX Research.

After account deletion, all identifiers associated with your account are unlinked. Any data processed by these services is handled according to their respective privacy policies.

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for a limited period for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes:

• Fraud and security logs: retained for up to 180 days
• Anonymous analytics data: retained in aggregate form only

After the retention period, this data is automatically deleted or anonymized.
